Makahdzi is known for her electric performances and how easily she woos the audience with the same. So what could have gone wrong on Sunday and led to a performance described as below par?

For instance, she noted that she asked for smokes and fireworks, and although the organizers promised to deliver, they failed to do so. She also lamented that Mr Brown, a singer with whom she had often collaborated, was not allowed to perform with her on stage.

It was just too bad, and as far as she was concerned, she’s done with the SAMAs. Her fans have been showing her support online since then, assuring her that they understood what happened that night. For her part, she expressed gratitude to her fans for their support so far.
