Nasty C’s girlfriend Sammie Heavens shares how she first reacted to hearing her boyfriend’s hit song “SMA.”
Nasty C is one of the most prominent Hip Hop artists Africa has ever witnessed. Years ago, the “There They Go” star had everyone screaming following the release of the emotional jam “SMA” featuring RnB singer Rowlene.
It became a massive hit and opened new doors for him. On Nasty’s Ivyson Gaming TV, Sammie Heavens opened up about how she first reacted to the song when the question popped up.
She said, “I, like, I can’t remember if I really cried or if I just felt like crying, but I remember l like got on his lap, and we just held each other,” she said. “Was it done?” “I don’t think it was done. It still got a little giggle in it that you took off.”
She also shared that it made her uncomfortable. When Nasty C said, “But it got real in the verses, the hook was like yeah, it’s nice,” Sammie replied, “Those verses make me uncomfortable,”
“So weird, got some shows, but you’re just standing there like in the camera, and I performed all those songs that I’ve seen, and I threw SMA, and I was like, don’t make eye contact,” said Nasty.
