Scoop Makhatini Praises Sjava’s “Isibuko” Album

Give them – people so to speak – their flowers while they can smell them. This is a common saying in almost every aspect of life, as people want to be honoured when they are alive and not when they would have exited the material plane.

South African rapper and TV host Scoop Makhathini probably knows this, for he has been generous with his flowers recently. In an Instagram post, the muso had shouted out some entertainers whose works have somehow delighted him, and that includes the former Ambitiouz Entertainment rapper Sjava.

The BET award-winning musician recently released a new album, “Isibuko,” under his 1020 Cartel record label. The compilation appeared to have delighted Scoop to no end and he shared about it in an Instagram story, noting that the project has snagged his consciousness. You can check it out below.

Sjava has been around for several years and solidified his place in the universe of South African music. He has also won several awards for his efforts. He is on record to have been one of the musicians to have left Ambitiouz without all the drama and acrimony.

And now, for his sterling drop “Isibuko,” he is getting his much-deserved credit. Some solidarity.
