Sean Kingston Faces Grand Theft Charge

Singer Sean Kingston is in trouble with the law again – for refusing to pay a jeweler. The songster has reportedly been issued with a warrant of arrest after having jewelry delivered to his home but declined to pay.

This isn’t the first the songster has had a case with the law over his (alleged) ripping jewelers off their wares. Back in 2018, a judge had ordered Sean Kingston to pay a New York jewelry store (Aqua Master) the sum of $301,500 for not paying for pieces of jewelry as well as giving out cheques that could not be cashed due to insufficient funds.

Also, in 2015, he was kidnapped during a dispute with representatives of Avianne Jewelers for refusing to pay the full sum for a watch. The songster had filed a police report then.

In the current case, he has been charged with grand theft. He risks three years in jail if convicted.

The report of Sean Kingston facing arrest warrant over grand theft charge has provoked a great debate online, with fans of the songster and other parties weighing in.
