Mzansi actor Sello Maake Ka Ncube has just given insight into the acting industry and his career, revealing that indeed, there is much jealousy in the industry and he might be a victim.
We all know that people often have an idea of what they want and want to get there. But life has way too many quirks and not everyone gets to reach where they want to. And when they don’t reach there. they might become envious of those who are there or close to it. That’s the reality of life.
Just recently, the Johannesburg Theatre celebrated its diamond jubilee and a couple of notable names were included in its walk of fame, including Johnny Clegg, Connie Chiume, and Mbongeni Ngema. One name that was noticeably missing from the list was that of Sello Maake Ka Ncube.
He indicated he should have been on the list but some envious people in the industry sabotaged him and ensured he didn’t make it. He ruled out entitlement as being the reason for his rant.
