Zandie Khumalo says her sister Kelly Khumalo and the late Senzo Meyiwa both owned the BMW X6 they drove at the time of his death.
The Senzo Meyiwa trial has been heating up, and several revelations have been made. Taking the star, Zandie Khumalo narrated the events of that day with questions from Baloyi. She revealed that she had to drive Meyiwa to the birthday party of his Orlando Pirates teammate Rooi Mahamutsa.
Zandie said, “When we woke up that morning, we were preparing to go to work. I was working with Kelly. She is a singer, and I was doing much behind her brand. I was a dancer, doing management, and her backup singer,”
“We went into the vehicle, and Kelly said we would first drop Senzo at the party where he was going.” She told Baloyi that they used a BMW X6 co-owned by Senzo and Kelly. “As far as I know both of them had signed (the purchase) for it,” she said.
She revealed that because the party had not started, they all went to the event where she and Kelly performed and picked up some of Senzo’s friends on their way back to Kelly’s house, where he died.
