Zimbabwean songstress Sha Sha has brought home her BET award. The songstress was nominated in the Viewers’ Choice category (Best New International Act) alongside Rema (Nigeria), Celeste (U.K.), Young T & Bugsey (U.K.), Hatik (France), and Stacy (France).
It is Sha Sha’s first BET award and she is excited about it all. She waxed somewhat poetic celebrating her win. In a recent Instagram post, the songstress used her win to encourage younger peeps with big dreams just like her.
According to her, she was reaping the seeds she had sown from many years ago (in practice and dedication to her art). She ultimately encouraged her fans to work, for that’s how dreams work – that’s how to get dreams to work.
Sha Sha is not the only one excited about her BET win. Her fans have shown great excitement about her win as well. Equally excitement is DJ Maphorisa, who has been mentoring the songstress and with whom she has collaborated on several songs
