Shakira Drops Diss Track Aimed At Gerard Pique

“Hips Don’t Lie” star Shakira has released a diss track for her ex Gerard Pique.

When love comes crashing down, everyone stands ready for battle. Shakira was born-ready, and her latest diss track proves this. The “She Wolf” star may be nursing a heartbreak, but she also just scored herself a massive hit and also broke a record.

The famous singer released the new “BZRP Music Session #53” aimed at her ex Gerard Pique, and the world can’t stop listening to it. According to The National, the song video amassed over 71 million views on YouTube, setting a new record for the most-watched new Latin song on the platform.

Shakira and Pique dated for 11 years before they separated because Pique cheated. In the song, the “Whenever, Wherever” star sings, “I’m worth two 22-year-olds” and “you swapped a Ferrari for a [Renault] Twingo … you swapped a Rolex for a Casio.”

“…I wouldn’t go back to you, even if you cried or begged me … I was out of your league, and that’s why you are with someone like you.”
