This might just be the funniest thing you will read today. Here’s the gist; Rasta recently did a painting of Mzansi DJ, Shimza and it looks nothing like him. Well, you could say it looks a little like him, but it is what it is.
Shimza’s reaction to the painting is what makes it all the more interesting. Sharing several photos with the popular painter, he called him one of the most genuine people he has ever met. That’s really nice. Well, he also revealed that he asked him why he always gets the paintings wrong.
According to him, Rasta replied “this is what my eye sees, and that’s the art”. Now, that’s about the most convincing thing about art. It is true to the artist. We all can’t deny that the painting is a sight. Shout out to the both of them.
