Mzansi rapper, Sho Madjozi creates 5-month scholarship for Female producers in the country.

It seems Sho Madjozi is not only passionate about making amazing music for her growing fan base, she’s also passionate about the gender of the people who run the technical side of creating songs. Nice right?

The John Cena hitmaker recently took to Twitter to announce a new initiative of hers which is aimed at creating a place for women producers in the music industry. According to her, she’s working with Bridges Academy to create a 5-month scholarship for female producers to hone their talent and push harder in the SA music industry.

Speaking out in a statement, the Academy said,

“We are excited to have partnered with Sho Madjozi to bring this scholarship opportunity to a female student that has an interest in sound engineering and studio work”

Sho has also shared a link through which candidates can apply for the scholarship.
