Talented singer, Simi has opened up about how she forced her dad’s hand and made him agree to let her leave science class as a secondary school student.
Reacting on Twitter, Simi said: “My dad wanted me in science class, i tried it for a year. I was bored for a year – I was like no sir. I’m leaving dear. If you don’t pay my sch fees the embarrassment belongs to you daddy. And that was that lol. But I’ve always been stubborn so…”
It’s no news that a number of children actually stay in classes they cannot keep up with just to satisfy their parents but Simi was not one of those.
