Sinéad O’Connor., Mariah Carey, Sade & Others Nominated For Induction Into Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame

The Hall of Fame is where many accomplished entertainers would love to have their names plastered for all eternity. But, of course, not every one of them gets to see this happen in their lifetime.

Anyway, Mariah Carey, Sader and Cher have just been honoured with nominations. They join the likes of Mary J. Blige, Lenny Kravitz and the late Sinéad O’Connor.

Induction into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame is seen by many as the ultimate career win, even more important than a Grammy. Of course, whatever prestige one associates with the induction is entirely up to one.

Anyway, the list of musicians nominated for induction into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame wouldn’t surprise anyone who has been following the world of music for a while.

The list is actually pretty rich, encapsulating some of the memorable names in music in recent memory.

Sinéad O’Connor wouldn’t be around to savour the beauty of being nominated for induction – and perhaps to be formally inducted. But then, as seen from the reactions on social media so far, fans of the musicians are beyond chuffed about the nomination, something they believe flowers the musician’s memory.

Well, stick around for the next tea.
