Indeed, the year is ending heavily for popular TV presenter Xolani Khumalo, famous for busting illegal drug businesses in the country. Mzansi was shocked to hear that the “Sizok’thola” star was charged with murder following the death of Robert Varrie.

There is even more shocking news. According to new reports, the case has been postponed to February next year, with two more charges added. They include charges of robbery with aggravating circumstances and malicious property damage. This proves that Khumalo’s case isn’t ending any time soon.

Briefly reports that they recently returned to court for a verdict on Tuesday, 21 November 2023. During the hearing, Khumalo was slapped with two additional charges for robbery with aggravating circumstances and malicious damage to property. The case was then moved to 22 February 2024 for further investigation.

It all went sour for the presenter when a drug dealer, Robert Varrie, died during his show. Mzansi has shared their thoughts on the news. Some say the presenter is being punished for busting drug cartels.
