Sizokuthola: Alleged Drug Dealer Dies After TV Show’s Crew Visit

the drama never stops as the reality show Sizokuthola continues its mission of exposing the drug trade across South Africa. An alleged drug dealer has reportedly died after the TV show’s enforcer’s visit.

Robert ‘Kicks’ Varrie was accused of being a drug dealer and interrogated during the filming of a new episode of the TV show. He reportedly dropped dead during the investigation and his body dropped at the Thelle Mogoerane regional hospital in Vosloorus.

Robert’s passing raised a storm on social media and in South Africa itself, with people wanting to know the exact circumstances of his death.

Moja Love, the channel that showcases the show, has released a statement acknowledging the death of the alleged drug dealer. It also noted that it is currently carrying out an investigation regarding the incident.

For its part, the police have also confirmed that death while also noting an investigation is underway.

From its inception, Sizokuthola was highly popular, and many South Africans looked forward to new episodes. The drug dealers were beginning to feel the heat and started threatening and intimidating the crew, forcing the show to write to the authorities, including the police minister Bheki Cele and justice minister Ronald Lamola, seeking protection.
