Mzansi defends Sizwe Dhlomo after he says he won’t pay for Twitter verification.
Elon Musk has been the topic of conversation for a while now, following his recent antics on Twitter. The famous billionaire has changed a lot of things on the platform since purchasing it a while back.
He announced that public figures would have to pay to subscribe for their verification on the platform to keep their blue tick. Well, not everyone is happy about that. As of yesterday, most of the world’s most prominent celebrities lost their blue tick. That includes Beyoncé, Lady Gaga, Adele, and more.
The gist is a lot of them have refused to pay for the verification and spoken out against it. Mzansi star Sizwe Dhlomo who boasts over 2.1 million followers on the platform, has also refused to pay. He told Euphonik a blatant no after the DJ adviced him to do it. Mzansi is in full support.
