A collaboration between Sjava and Big Zulu is something many South Africans not only root for but have been expecting for a while. The good news is that it is about to become a reality.
Yes, the BET Award winner and his Inkabi Records counterpart are putting together a joint project to slake the thirst of their fans across the Rainbow Nation.
The announcement of the collaboration was made by 1020 Cartel, a label co-founded by Sjava and his friend. The coming together of the two musicians has led to a group of sorts. yes, they are now collectively known as Inkabi Zezwe and will be releasing the project with that name.
The two musicians will be dropping an album dubbed “Ukhamba” on the 12th of May. Before that time, however, on the 24th of March, the duo will release the first single from the project, titled “Umbayimbayi.” Of course, as the leading South African music blog, we are going to share the single and the album with you.
