Summer is here, and Smirnoff is determined it should be a memorable one for fans and music lovers. So it is launching a new body of work titled “Unto The Next Beat” EP.
The EP spots just three tracks with six artistes in all. Makwa, Sha Sha, Ami Faku Wichi 1080, DJ Smokes and 25k are the artistes on the tracks. Each track has two artists.
Ami Faku was paired with Wichi 1080. In the clip shared of the pair, we get to see how they worked on the track “Sondela.” The pair had a harmonious studio session that might well be a standard for a collaborative venture. You can check out the video below.
Makwa and 25k created something entirely different. Their linking up led to the release of the song “Tru Religion.” The next episode of “Unto The Next Beat” EP, as curated by Smirnoff, will show how Makwa and 25K crated their song mention earlier.
The episode will premiere three days from now: 15 October 2020.
Sha Sha and DJ Smokes were also on hand to give fans glimpses into the making of their “Never Let You Go” song. Their studio session will premiere on 22 October 2020.
The 3-track album drops 30 October 2020.
