Somizi is not only back to Idols SA as one of the judges, he’s got a word for those who are calling him guilty of the accusations his sx-husband Mohale Motaung leveled against him.
Somizi had a quiet falling out with Mohale. However, along the line, an audio had been leaked in which Mohale claimed Somizi was abusive to him and had even once threatened him with a knife.
Some denied the allegations but admitted they had their issues as a couple. The audio had already gone viral and the heat it generated caused the reality show Idols SA to issue a statement distancing itself from any form of abuse.
Around that time, it was announced that Somizi will be raking abreak from the show to take care of his family issues. But then the show organizers noted that he would not be returning.
The ratings of the show plummeted with that revealtion.
By a quirk of kismet, however, Somizi got his judge back at Idols SA and many people cross South Africa were excited.
