SA Singer, Belinda Davids gets a standing ovation from Britain's Got Talent judges and audience

SA singer, Belinda Davids gets a standing from both the judges and audience at the Britain’s Got Talent.

Seems there’s someone else out there ready to make Mzansi proud with her talent. South African singer, Belinda Davids recently thrilled the judges and the audience at the Britain’s Got Talent auditions, and got a standing ovation.

We all know just how much it isn’t easy to get that, especially from Simon Cowell. The hard-to-impress TV judge called it “the audition we’d been waiting for all season”. She had performed Whitney Houston’s “One Moment In Time” and the audience went wild.

She revealed she performed it for her two kids who she misses very much. The 43 year-old singer who hails from Port Elizabeth revealed the most important thing for her is to make her kids proud.

Already a seasoned performer who has toured the world doing a Whitney Houston tribute show with Showtime Australia, she hopes reach a wider audience, and further push her career on the show.

The judges had this to say,;

“You created such a MASSIVE moment tonight for all of us, so thank you,” – David Walliams.

What a way to close an amazing round of auditions with a class act. I want to see the name ‘Belinda Davids’ in lights, you are amazing!” – Alesha Dixon.

You have that ability to move us with your voice, it was great!” – Amanda Holden.

“I absolutely adore you,” said Simon Cowell.
