Cassper Nyovest was stuck in Malawi days ago and cried out on social media. The songster, who recently confessed to having Malawian roots, had a sold-out concert in the country.
He had expected to jet back into South Africa for more shows. But Air Malawi told him that wasn’t possible. The explanation from the airline was that a bird had flown into the aircraft’s engine.
In a tweet, he said he had been stuck at the airport since 7am, when he alongside other passengers waited until 3pm, when they were finally told the reason they won’t be flying home that day. He described the experience as frustrating.
Flight delays and cancellations are nothing new. Even the bird incident which the airline gave as excuse for nothing continuing with the flight is nothing novel. Airlines experience the same problem now and again.
By the way, Cassper Nyovest, who is gearing for a boxing match with his rival AKA, has described the later as toothpick and in no position to challenge him in the ring. He promised to demolish AKA in the ring and redeem himself and his parents from the insults from AKA. The fight is scheduled for 2o21. The exact date is yet to be given.
