South African media personality Manaka Ranaka has assured the public that her sister Dineo Ranaka, who recently aired her struggles with suicidal ideation, is not alone but is getting help from members of her family.
Dineo Ranaka, who works at Kaya FM, recently stunned the Rainbow Nation when she tweeted that life was “so fucking hard” and also indicated that she was suicidal. But then there are her children. What would happen to them if she took her own life?
Well, when her compatriots saw her post, they were alarmed and rallied around her, encouraging her to be strong because hard times often pass away and nothing stops them from passing in Dineo’s case. It was a default response to a nation that had seen several of its fine talents – think Riky Rick, HHP, etc – take their own lives.
Even more encouraging was the intervention of Dineo Ranaka’s immediate family. In a post on her verified Instagram page, Manaka Ranaka shared that she would do anything for her sister. She also gave insight into their relationship and how DIneo had looked out for her in her time of need. You can check out the clip below.
