Tekashi 6ix9ine Announces Release Date For New Song

American rapper, Tekashi 6ix9ine, announces the release date for ‘Gooba’ follow-up and promises that his ‘next video will break the internet.’

The rainbow-haired rapper broke several records as he returned to the music scene. His recently-released single ‘Gooba’ broke an existing record on YouTube as it became the most viewed hip hop video within the first 24 hours of its upload.

The recently-freed rapper has revealed to his plans that he has plans to ‘break the internet’ with the music video of his next single. Taking to his Instagram page to share a video, 6ix9ine could be seen holding a kitten in each hand. He revealed that he is set to release new music by next Friday (the 29th of May).

The success of Tekashi’s hit song ‘Gooba’ was affected by him having issues with Billboard, Ariana Grande, and Justin Bieber. This happened after 6ix9ine missed out on the number one spot on Billboard chart dated May 23.

His hit song only reached number three and because of this, Tekashi allegedly accused Ariana Grande and Justin Bieber that ‘you can buy Number Ones on Billboard.’ This is after the singers denied accusations about the sales of their collaborative single titled ‘Stuck With U.’

Ariana Grande addressed the issue in a statement as she urged anybody discrediting hardworking women to humble themselves.

Billboard has also issued their own statement as they revealed the sale figures for Tekashi 6ix9ine’s ‘Gooba’ and Ariana Grande’s ‘Stuck With U,’ featuring Justin Bieber.
