Perhaps he had a premonition of death. Perhaps he didn’t. it has emerged that just before his death, the late XXXTentacion had cautioned Tekashi 6ix9ine to be careful and more security conscious.
Tekashi 6ix9ine revealed this much as XXXTentacion’s last direct message to him. At the time, Tekashi was in prison on racketeering charges. Apparently Tekashi 6ix9ine took his pal’s word of caution seriously and beefed up his security. While he is still alive and enjoying a flourishing music career, he regrets that the pal who had advised him on security was killed in mid passage.
XXXTentacion was shot dead in June 2018 as he was leaving a motorcycle dealership in Florida.
By the way, Tekashi 6ix9ineis of the view that Pop Smoke and Nipsey Hussle would have been alive today if they had taken their security very seriously. On this, he has many supporters from the music industry and beyond.
