The famous singer died after battling prostate cancer on January 23, 2018. He was aged 78. Bra Hugh was laid to rest at the Westpark Cemetary on January 30, a week after his death. While he was alive, he was close to Thandiswa Mazwai. The former Bongo Maffin singer shared that she hadn’t visited his grave since he was buried in 2018.
She told her followers that she had recently paid it a visit. According to her, she played his songs and some of her new songs and wrote some things in her notebook. She also revealed that she felt so emotional that she shared tears.
