The Adventures Of Biker Kunle Adeyanju, From The UK To Senegal, Mali…

He calls himself an adventurer, entrepreneur and author, and Kunle Adeyanju has been living up to the tags in many respects – especially the adventurer part.

He challenged himself to do a charity bike ride to raise awareness about polio by riding from London to Lagos, cutting through other African countries. And he has been doing just that and sharing his experiences on his Twitter account.

Mauritius is among the countries he has visited so far, and he has no positive words to share about the nation. According to him, members of the armed forces, including the immigration and even ordinary people, work in cahoots to bilk foreigners.

He counted Mauritius as the worst of all the countries he’d visited so far. And he didn’t take pictures because there was nothing worth snapping.

He’d popped into Senegal, where his experience was much better, and he ended up resting a bit there and servicing his bike. Then he’d continued on his journey, ridding through Mali, where he was hosted by the Nigerian community there.

Adeyanju aims to travel 12,000km through African countries in 25 days, and he appears on course to finish that, with the public closely following his journey and wishing him safety through it.
