December is said to be the season of love and South African boy band The Lowkeys is determined to celebrate that season in a special way – by the release of an extended play (EP).
In a recent Instagram post, the amapiano band, which comprises three friends, stated that it will be releasing extended play titled “Love and Affection” on December 11. The cover art of the compilation shows the troika spotting the colours of the season: red and black.
The announcement of the album has been greeted with exclamations of delight from fans. The comment section is a storm of the flame emoji. Apparently, even before the release of the EP, fans are already expecting it to bear several hit songs.
The Lowkeys didn’t give the tracklist for the project. But knowing the group, we expect them to feature some of the notable voices in amapiano music in South Africa.
