He was one of the favourites to win season 3 of the Big Brother Mzansi reality show. But he somehow didn’t win. Mpho Wabadimo emerged winner, with Gash1 popping as the first runner-up.
Still, Themba, also called Themba Brolly, is a man seriously loved by his fans, and they have been doing all they can to support his dreams.
First, it was reported that fans had bought him an apartment and furnished it. But fans are not done just yet. They have been pumping funds into his GoFundMe account. The account was low on funds previously.
At the time of writing, however, it had over 300k in funds, about 15 per cent of the 2 million Themba has as a target. You can check out some of the reactions below.
Interestingly, the same amount was what was won by Mpho Wabadimo at the end of season 3.
By the way, Afrotainment boss DJ Tira has also been putting Themba on, and for this, he’s been commended by the larger music community. Speculations are rife that the two will drop a project soon.
However, neither of them had confirmed nor denied an imminent project. It’s clear, though, that Themba is having the time of his life rolling with Malume and his Afrotainment family.
