Tiwa Savage comes clean about rumored relationship with Nigerian popstar, Wizkid.
For a while now, Nigerian top songstress, Tiwa Savage has sparked romance rumors with fellow popstar Wizkid. She has overtime claimed that they’re best friends but Nigerians beg to differ.
Last year, the 49-99 singer starred as the singer’s love interest in a video for his single, Fever. That alone gave Nigerians more material to talk on.
Appearing in an interview with Beat FM‘s Olisa Adibua she cleared the air about the relationship. When asked if they are ‘friends with benefit’, she replied ‘yes’ but not in the literal meaning of the term. She revealed they help each other with shows, songs and several other things but their relationship isn’t sexual. According to her, she’s about the money. Watch interview cut below:
