AKA’s father, Tony Forbes, has reacted to the breakthrough in the investigation of the late rapper’s murder case.
Since AKA’s murder on February 10, Mzansi has anticipated a breakthrough from the police on their investigations. According to recent reports, police have arrested some suspects connected to the case.
We hear they are currently in custody. News24 caught up with the late rapper’s father and asked him when he heard about it. He revealed that he was on his way from Johannesburg to Cape Town. He also shared that he called the police and inquired about it, and they responded. However, he did not reveal what he was told.
“We would like to see justice being served and the perpetrators brought to book. He’s gone. Someone killed him. Right now, we are grieving. We are keeping an eye on developments in the news and hoping that something positive will happen” said Tony Forbes.
