Trevor Noah Will Host Grammys Again

South African TV star, Trevor Noah is set to return as the host of the Grammy Awards in 2022.

Mzansi star, and TV Host, Trevor Noah has been announced as the host of the 64th edition of the Annual Grammy Awards. The announcement was made yesterday, December 1st during a discussion on CBS Mornings.

The South African star is set to return to the Grammy stage after hosting the show in March of this year. The event was held at the Staples Center in Los Angeles during which social distancing was observed. Speaking about it, Noah shared that he “was lucky to be a part of it”.

Noah also shared some of the responsibilities he has as the Grammys host. He joked about being needed to lift Kevin Hart from his seat and also giving Jay-Z emotional support.

He said about Jay; “He’s very nervous, and I just tell him, ‘It’s going to be OK, Jay,’ You know? ‘You’re breaking a record. You’re beating Quincy Jones in nominations.’ I’m there to give people the moral support that they wouldn’t have.”

The Grammy Awards will air on January 31, 2022, on CBS, and stream on Paramount+.
