Well, it appears the the muso has listened to fans after all. He has just announced the remix will be out this Friday 25 June 2020. He made the announcement via his verified Instagram account, without including a specific time. Fans are okay with that, however.
Whereas the original track had no guests, “Basadi (Remix)” will feature Rouge and Moozlie, two respected voices in South African music. Rouge is celebrated as a rapper. Moozlie combines the officers of rapper and television presenter. She was formerly an investment banker.
By the way, Moozlie also has a strong social presence as an advocate against gender-based violence. Her most recent advocacy is recorded here for posterity.
