Tweeps React As Jay-Z’s “December 4th” Song Interrupts BRICS Meeting – Watch

A rap number playing during an important meeting involving nations is not something one expects or even gets to see every day. But something like that played out recently during a business forum summit held by BRICS.

According to multiple reports, the moment South Africa’s industry minister Ebrahim Patel invited his Brazilian counterpart Fernando Haddad, Jay-Z’s “December 4th” number blasted from the speakers to the surprise of almost everyone present and the amusement of social media tweeps.

Many social media users found the moment hilarious and some joked that someone will be jobless at the end of the day. Some suggested it would be the soundman who would lose his job as a result of the embarrassing intrusion of that number at an important moment.

Well, there is no telling if anyone will be penalised for what happened and how. The only thing that is certain at the moment is that most netizens were entertained by the whole event and Jay-Z himself had some new publicity for a song that many have forgotten.

Jay-Z was born on December 4. The song tells the story of his birth and how he was the only child who didn’t give his mother problems at birth. You can check it out below.
