Tweezy Speaks Up On “Amademoni” And His Demons

Tweezy featured in Cassper Nyovest “Amademoni” song and even produced it. The song was recently certified gold, an Tweezy shared the good news with fans, calling himself and Cassper Nyovest “Gold boys.”

But the “Gold boys” status actually came with a price. He worked hard on the track and eventually paid off. The success of the song especially means much to him because around the same time last year, he apparently experienced a personal crisis.

He didn’t specify what crisis exactly, but stated in his tweet that he fought his demons. His fans have been jubilant with him following the success of the record with Cassper Nyovest. In fact, the Family Tree boss was just as excited about the song’s success and share Tweezy’s tweets about it.

The success of the song should surprise no one, perhaps, given Tweezy’s sterling records of producing hits after hits for others musos in Mzansi. For instance, he had produced hit records for Nasty C, AKA, and Emtee of Emtee Records.

Interestingly, of the artistes mentioned, Emtee is the only one who currently has issues with him. Emtee recently vowed that he wouldn’t work with Tweezy ever again.

Whatever the reason for that, Tweezy isn’t stopping his producing rounds soon.
