Tyla Clinches Recording With Deal With Epic Records

Tyla is seriously excited right now, having just bagged a recording deal with Epic Records in the United States.

Speaking on the deal, she had said it is a dream come true for her. She didn’t have a plans B, so she had invested her all in what has finally translated into a contract with one of the major record labels in the world.

Epic Records is home to artistes like Mariah Carey, Future and Jennifer Lopez, among others.

Tyla has only one song out, “Getting Late,” which, incidentally, is the song that netted her a deal with Epic Records. With over a million streams on Spotify and several other streaming milestones, the song had opened doors for Tyla and she could not be more excited.

In a post to Instagram soon after clinching the Epic Records deal, the songstress had noted that when she sang her “Getting Late” song, she didn’t know it would ultimately make her dream come true.

Continuing, she had noted that it is vitally important to her to represent her roots in her music
