South Africa’s soaraway series Uzalo has got new faces on its cast ready to push its message and ram into the souls of viewers. Expectedly, the reception has been mixed.
In a recent announcement, the series had informed viewers that Fanele Ntuli and Nkanyiso Mchunu will be the new additions to the cast. While Ntuli has been announced as the new addition to the cast, the actor won’t start starring in the series until January 2, when she takes over from Nomaswazi Magwaza.
For his part, Nkanyiso Mchunu will be introduced to viewers eight days after, on January 10. He will play the character Siphamandla “Wizard” Nkosi. The synopsis indicates the Wizzard character grew up in South Africa and had a great fascination for computers from when he was young.
This fascination pushed him into a deeper exploratory run of the computing universe. Eventually, he becomes a hacker. The things a hacker can do are almost limitless. But of course, producers are not prepared to share the whole story in a synopsis.
Still, it is easy to see that the synopsis is intriguing enough to keep fans interested in the episodes slated for January and featuring the new additions to the series. Best to keep your eyes peeled for the coming month.
