Vic Mensa Talks Hip Hop, His Forthcoming Tape, Africans, Black Americans & More In New Video Interview

American singer Vic Mensa recently had a sit-down with Slikour and spoke on several subjects, from Africans trying to flee the continent, to Black Americans themselves trying to leave the States.

In the interview, the songster said he had studied hip hop from the ground up. This knowledge forms part of his influences. This is evident in his releases  so far. He has a C Tape forthcoming. He’s already released a couple of tapes, including the I Tape. You may want to imagine the tapes as his way of serving his album – not giving the public the full course but piecemeal.

In the interview, you get to experience the Chicago rapper like never before. It is Vic Mensa like you never knew him.

By the way, Vic Mensa recently captured the spotlight in South Africa when it emerged that he was dating the country’s rapper and Family Tree femcee Nadia Nakai.

About their relationship, the pair were initially circumspect the public should know. After giving hints they were actually dating, they had admitted publicly they’re an item.
