From being courted and hailed all over the place for exposing cheating married men, Jub Jub appears to have crashed from grace and reckoning after actress Amanda Du-Pont claimed in a video now trending on Instagram that he raped her.
She made the claims after Jub Jub, during a sit-down with MacG on the set of Podcast and Chill, stated that he’d “smashed” her – a common phrase for having sex with someone.
Reacting to the video, Amanda Du-Pont had claimed that he raped her instead, generally abused her for two years, and at some point threatened to kill her. Her only wrong back then was to have kept quiet amid the abuse, according to her.
She also stated that she would need help from an attorney who could aid her in getting a cease and desist order against the radio host. She denounced MultiChoice and Channel O, the networks that are instrumental to the airing of Jub Jub’s Show and MacG’s podcast.
I was raped, physically and emotionally abused for two years by Jub Jub. The only thing I did wrong was keep quiet. But that ends here I will not be publicly ridiculed by this criminal. Him and Mac G saw it fit to drag my name on their podcast for clout at the cost of amplifying a Gender Based Violence Case. Any Attorney that can help me with a cease and decease letter or help with dealing with this man legally, please reach out. So that he can keep my name out his mouth. Not because I can’t afford it but because I want to make this a public fight. The fight is bigger than me. Dedicated to the woman who never make it out and end up dead😭💔

Wishing you all a safe and happy festive. Praying to God this never happens to your daughter, mother, sister or cousin or anyone you love.
Her claims have led to a chain reaction, including the suspension of Jub Jub from Moja Love. It appears to be encouraging other women to come out as well, as Masechaba Ndlovu, a media personality and sangoma, has also revealed that he raped her as well.
