American singer Trey Songz has been accused of sexual assault — again.
A woman identified as Megan Johnson is accusing the songster of exposing her boobs during an event dubbed “Foxwoods Liquid Sundays with Trey Songz” at Foxwoods Resort Casino in Mashantucket, Connecticut, 2013.
The video of the incident is currently circulating online and shows the moment “Circles” singer exposed her boobs from her slacks. And then he’s heard to sing “titties in the open.”
According to Megan’s lawyers, although she appeared to be laughing in the video, she’s embarrassed by the incident and seeking damages for emotional distress.
In the letter of demand served to the musician by Megan’s lawyers, they enclosed the video, noting with a hint of warning, “…the enclosed video will refresh your recollection and illustrate the certainty of your negligent and reckless behaviour.”

Megan is prepared to drop the case if the songster is ready to settle for $5 million.
Trey Songz is yet to address the incident at the time of writing, nor has he said anything about settling out of court.
Megan’s case against him is one of several cases that have hit the songster in his music career. He was accused of raping a woman in 2016 during a party. A year later, during a New Year’s Eve party in Miami, a woman had accused him of assaulting her.
