South African rapper AKA has just released the music video for his soaraway single “Monument.” It features his compatriots Yanga Chief and Grandmaster Ready D.
“Monuments” was one of the three songs AKA released simultaneously to promote his imminent “Bhovamania” album. The others are “Energy” and “Cross My Heart. ” The songs are the first three numbers from that project.
AKA has already released the music video for “Cross My Heart” (3 weeks ago) and “Energy” (2 weeks ago). With the release of “Monuments” video, AKA’s will now focus on completing the other tracks in his upcoming album. According to him, some of the songs have been recorded; others have not.
All the same, based on the activity on AKA’s Twitter timeline, it is clear fans are already expecting the project
“Monuments” video appeared on AKA’s YouTube channel yesterday 5 July 2020. It was released by Sony Music Entertainment Africa (Pty) Ltd, under exclusive licence from Vth A.
