It may have been a while since Big Zulu released the diss track “150 Bars,” but the drama surrounding the song has refused to die down. At the time the Inkabi Records boss released the song, many had urged AKA to release a diss response. Kiernan, however, ignored the call.
He made it clear at the time that he was focusing on other things. He still criticised the diss track, but not with another diss. In the tweet, AKA had faulted Big Zulu for slashing several musicians at the beginning of his track, only to apologise at the end of it. As far as he’s concerned, that’s not hip-hop.
After a brief silence about AKA’s tweet, Big Zulu finally addressed it. In an Instagram live with his fans, the “Ichwane Lenyoka” chanter threatened to lay his hands on AKA when they meet. He said if AKA had something to say, he should do that to him in person (when they meet) and not on Twitter.

He also clarified that the aim of his “150 Bars” tune was just about the rap and not to provoke a fight. The clip of the Instagram encounter was shared on Twitter, and fans mentioned AKA on it. He had no time for the drama, though.
