The coronavirus affected many in the entertainment industry including Priddy Ugly and his choreographer wife Bontle Modiselle.
In the most recent episode of their television show Ha Moloi, the couple admitted contracting the coronavirus and actually recovering from it.
The recovery of both partners is what makes it a beautiful story, according to Bontle, who has a one-year old daughter Afrika with Priddy Ugly. She encouraged whoever would listen to take care of themselves and wear face masks. She and Priddy Ugly were fortunate, but not every would be.
By the way, when Bontle Modiselle celebrated her 30th birthday in October this year, Priddy Ugly had surprised her by showing up at her workplace. He was out of town and had to fly in to celebrate with her. She was touched by the gesture. That event also found a place in the clip which the couple shared on YouTube.
Priddy Ugly and Bontle are among Mzansi’s best loved couples. Many look up to them and routinely use them as examples of the ideal in relationship. They have been together for over ten years but only recently got married.
