Mzansi rapper and dancer Costa Titch just entered into a partnership with his Senegalese American counterpart Akon and announced the same on Instagram. But anyone who has been paying attention at all wouldn’t be surprised.
For one, Akonn has long shown great interest in Costa Titch’s music and even commented on South Africa’s talents in a recent interview. Well, the Senegalese American has taken his admiration further by inaugurating the South African in his Konvick Kulture universe.
Last Saturday, Costa Titch performed at Cotton Fest alongside his dance crew and gave the audience a good time. Along the line, he introduced Akon to the crowd with his hit tune “Big Flexa (Remix).”
Akon made a special announcement after the performance, inaugurating Costa Titch into the Konvict Music family. He gifted the South African a diamond-studded pendant bearing the Konvick Kulture logo. Titch was so excited about the moment with Akon and the gift that he wrote about both on Instagram, thanking Akon. You can check out his post below.
Costa Titch, who is currently one of the leading voices in South African hip hop, originally started out as a dancer. Today, however, he is mostly known as a rapper with hits to his name.
