By the way, Wizkid has a reat influence in DJ Maphorisa’s life and careeer. Back in “2018,” the two of them had collaborated on a song titled “Soweto Baby,” which was well-received.
Also, DJ Maphorisa had credited Wizkid as the one who made him take amapiano music seriously. Wizkid had listened to an amapiano song and asked DJ Maphorisa what sound it was.
