Watch Drake & Black Coffee Share A Hug At Ibiza

South African disc jockey and producer Black had a big surprise during his set at the Hï Ibiza nightclub over the weekend when Canadian rapper Drake showed up during his gig.

The two shared a warm hug, affirming a friendship that had been alive for several years. It was a beautiful moment that those present captured on phone and welcomed with screams of excitement.

Black Coffee himself was pleasantly surprised to see the Canadian, and the pair had a warm embrace and a brief chat.

Much later, the South African would share the encounter on his verified Twitter account, referencing the album the two had collaborated with in the caption. You can check it out below.

Black Coffee had produced a couple of songs in the Canadian’s recently released “Honestly, Nevermind” album. Their meeting at Ibiza turned out a moment to recollect and bind again.

The meeting was of particular interest to South Africans, as it affirmed, according to some of them, Black Coffee’s appeal as a musician and his place as the most Internationally recognised South African disc jockey and producer — “God’s very own” as some would say. From the look of things, Black Coffee has not started yet.
