Watch Load Shedding Disrupt Kabza De Small’s DJ Set

It wasn’t a perfect Easter for amapiano producer Kabza De Small as load shedding disrupted his performance. Load shedding has become a hot topic in South Africa after the country’s electricity behemoth Eskom warned that the torrential rains have led to coals getting wet and sticking together, invariably lowering Eskom’s ability to generate more electricity.

Eskom had also warned of possible load shedding. Kabza De Small had the misfortune of experiencing that while performing over the weekend.

Interestingly, over a year before the load shedding disrupted his set, the amapiano ace had released a song titled “Load Shedding” in collaboration with Souloho and Vibe.

While Kabza De Small’s load shedding experience has further amplified South Africa’s emerging electricity crisis, it has also turned out to be a subject of humorous banter among some South Africans.

Now, according to some of them, the amapiano disc jockey and producer has seen what it is like on the other side of the tunnel. You can check out the video below.
