We must say, the online battle “The Rvolution Of SA Hip Hop” has become one to look forward to every week. We get to see Mzansi rappers go head to head with their music catalogues. Since it began, we have seen, Nasty C & Emtee, Tshego & Tellaman, and most recently, Riky Rick and Okmalumkoolkat battle it out.

Some have described Rick and Okmalumkoolkat’s battle as their best yet. Both rappers truly did put on a great show, so much that it got some very good reviews from both their fans and fellow artists.

As usual, 15 songs from each of the rappers were used in the battle including “Sebenza”, “Gusheshe”, “Zulu Girls”, “Ragga Ragga”, and more. In the end, Riky reigned victorious. One good thing about this one was that it was more about celebrating each other’s work & accomplishments, and having fun which was beautiful to see.
