Watch The Memorial Service For Tebello “Tibz” Motsoane Who Was Killed With AKA

He is one name who hasn’t been spoken of much in the larger scheme of things, perhaps because he wasn’t so famous. Anyway, Tebello “Tibz” Motsoane died alongside the rapper AKA in the brutal shooting of Friday, February 7. And like AKA, a memorial service was held for him as well.

It was a difficult period for his family, as well as those who loved and cherished him, as they turned up to honour him one last time before his burial.

Tibz was not only AKA’s pal but also a close associate who had once served as the “Touch My Blood” rapper’s manager. By a quirk of fate, he would also share in AKA’s bloody destiny that unforgiving Friday night when assassins surprised them on the road and pulled the triggers, ending brilliant careers.

AKA was said to have been the sole target, but things didn’t go as planned, and Tibz was caught in the fire as well. Whatever the case, he’s sadly no more. But he’s forever in the hearts of those who loved him.

What better way to show that he is still fresh in memory than by holding a memorial service in his honour?

If you missed the service, you can check the recorded clip of it below. So long, Tibz.
