Jabulani HHP Tsambo might be dead, but his legacy isn’t stuttering. Now and then, his friends pay tribute to him in ways that see best.
The latest to pay tribute to the late HHP is Zakwe, his friend and associate. In a recent tweet, Zakwe had shared a clip of them performing together at an event in which Cruz Vodka appears to be the sponsor.
One thing that’s instantly striking about the video is the stage chemistry between Zakwe and HHP. Yeah, the two are remarkably good together. But then HHP isn’t here to continue joint project with his pal.
Zakwe’s video has been liked over 200 times, with some fans commenting on the late songster and his impact in Mzansi music until his death.
HHP died from apparent suicide. The songster had suffered from depression for a long time and decided to end it all one day, sending the music industry into mourning. It was reportedly his fourth suicide attempt – the one in which he died. By the way, 24 October 2021 would be the third anniversary of his death.
