Who Is Musa Khawula? Here’s What We Know

Musa Khawula. If you’re a keen follower of South Africa’s celebrity news, you have probably heard about him and his takes on celebs, some of which have caused a great backlash.

Still, South Africans appear to love him and what he does, and they often call him a one-man paparazzi, spill g the tea on celebs for all to see. Some have learned to love him, and some have learned to fear him. Either way, the man seems to be happy with himself and what he’s doing — sharing celebrity gossip on Twitter.

But who, exactly, is Musa Khawula? Follow us as we share what we know about this controversial social media figure.

His Date of Birth is Unknown

Musa Khawula might be a celebrity blogger, but he’s taken adequate precautions to protect his identity from the public.

Although he occasionally changes his profile pictures to those of celebs, he rarely does the same with his own photos. On Twitter, he’s had one profile picture for a long time. His date and place of birth are artfully hidden.

He’s Released Scoops on Many Celebs and has been threatened with Lawsuits

Musa Khawula doesn’t hold back when it comes to sharing details about the lives and relationships of celebs. He spills them out, and Mzansi laps them up and asks for more.

Among his most infamous claims are that the controversial businessman Edwin Sodi was the one bankrolling Minnie Dlamini’s jet-set lifestyle when she was married to Quinton Jones.

He’d also claimed that Mihlali Ndamase had ruined the relationship of the businessman Leeroy Sidambe and his wife, Mary Jane. He shared receipts showing Sidambe had bought the beauty influencer furniture and had it shipped to her house. Sidambe’s wife was outraged when she found out.

Interestingly, he’d also accused DJ Sbu of sending thugs to Zahara’s home. Said thugs had looted the singer’s SAMAs (South African Music Awards) from the shelf she kept them.

Angered by that claim, DJ Sbu had threatened him with an R1 million suit. He, however, backed down during an interview, noting he didn’t want to burden a young man with the sum.

He’s a Person of Interest in a Murder Case

Musa Khawula might thrive in exposing others, but then he’s also said to be a person of interest in the murder of Wandile Wayne Khambule, a man from Newcastle,  KwaZulu-Natal (KZN).
