Nigeria singer Wizkid is gearing to release a new album, “More Love and Less Ego.” About that project, he’s been a tease for a while. But more details are now emerging.
In a post to his Instagram stories, the songster had shared a list of those he’d feature on the upcoming album. On that list are the British grime artist Skepta, controversial Nigerian singer Naira Marley, the Mavin ace Ayra Starr, singer Buju, America’s TY Dolla $ign and the South African rapper Flvme.
The news of the announcement of features provoked great excitement among his fans as it indicated he might have already recorded the songs with the musicians to have released their names publicly.
Wizkid is one of the top musicians in Nigeria, so the current interest in his imminent album is nothing surprising. On release, “More Love and Less Ego” would be the immediate follow-up to the highly successful “Made In Lagos” album.
The release date for “More Love and Less Ego” is Friday. 5th August.
